Ernesto Cherquis Bialo, spokesperson of the Argentinean Football Association, confirmed that the former coach of Velez and Boca, does not fit the "profile" that the officials are looking to take over for Sergio Batista.

"Bianchi is a paradigm of Argentinean football, he has a lot of experience and he has had a lot of success, but at this time, I do not know that his profile is what we are looking for," said Ernesto Cherquis Bialo, to radio 10.

In this way, the AFA has dismissed the former champion, who was nominated for the job by his son, Mauro, days earlier. But that nomination has been dismissed by the maximum football organism in Argentina.

"Bianchi has always been present and in high consideration by the AFA. In one occasion he refused for understandable wishes and I do not know if you can recover that desire, once it is thrown away," said the director to the press.

"The profile that the officials are looking for is a person with identity, with titles, whose presence and positioning are respected, that the player can trust, that has the right resume, that has had experience at the highest level of competition," said Bialo.

Just the same, he remarked that he must know "how to manage a group, because the difference is always in the leadership," he explained.

Despite the fact that Borghi meets those conditions, Cherquis Bialo clarified that not giving him a chance is not due to "personal reasons."

Finally, referring to the dismissal of Sergio Batista as head coach: "We have the obligation to react to the advancement of other teams and taking out inferior players and advance football wise, which is why the directors of the AFA did not get rid of one person, but reacted to a reality," he concluded.
