Tickets for the 2012 Olympic Games went on sale recently. Soon the 1.8 million ticket applicants will learn if they are some of the lucky ones chosen to be able to purchase tickets. But these people won't know how good their seats are until next year.

Cash Rules: Billions are at stake in London 2012

Attendees will have to pay almost $10 extra in order to find out where their seats are. This is a shipping fee to make sure the tickets arrive safely once they are sent to the buyer, according to the Daily Mail.

Organizers say there are no "bad" seats, but higher prices for those seats which are closer to the action.

There are 6.6 million tickets on sale for the 2012 Olympics. London organizers hope to notify all ticket holders by June 24.
