Located in the Paradero CODE Sports Unit in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, the Pan American Velodrome is one of the best in all of Latin America.
With a capacity for 1,982 spectators, this venue, which has no pillars, is supported by a hydraulic-jack structure. This will enable the spectators to have a perfect view of the wood track from all angles.
Before the Games, the venue was used as an indoor track cycling and athletics academy, as well as for “On the Road to Guadalajara 2011” events and other performances.
